To maintain the integrity of our inventory, all sales will be final with no refunds or exchanges. Given the sensitive and energetic nature of our crystals & spiritual gifts, we maintain and keep a promise to our customers that all items sold in our store are directly from the manufacturer, mine, or distributor, and that no "charging", enchantments, or otherwise energetic alteration has been performed to or against our products & services. Thank you for understanding.
We strive to consistently provide highly valued products, services, & workshops to our community, for improving and uplifting their life experiences as a loving, human beings. Please understand that our cancellation policies are in support of being able to continue allocating our valuable resources toward that end, which includes the costs of personnel time, event space, & materials. We genuinely hope that you are able to follow through with the commitments you make to our offerings, but also understand that life events sometimes divert us in other ways. In addition, some folks may experience a fear of change that impels them to cancel, where talking through it with us or a close friend or family, could resolve the fear and eliminate the need to cancel. If any of these situations should occur for you, we simply ask for your kind respect and cooperation to let us know as soon as possible that you will be unable to attend the appointment or workshop that you have signed up for, so that we may accommodate you according to the cancellation polices outlined herein. - In case of instructor illness or emergency, you will be notified as early as possible prior to class.
- If a class is cancelled by the Matrix Energy Healing Center, you will have the option of a full refund or you may transfer the full amount of funds paid to a Gift Certificate that may be applied toward any product or service offered by the Matrix Energy Healing Center.
- If you decide to cancel your registration prior to the cancellation deadline, a full refund less the deposit amount may be provided, or you may transfer the full amount of funds paid to a Gift Certificate that may be applied toward any product or service offered by the Matrix Energy Healing Center.
- No refunds or transfers will be given if you are a "no show" for services or workshops. Please call ahead if you are unable to attend, so we can apply the full amount of your funds paid to a Gift Certificate, or reschedule your service appointment. Service appointments canceled on the "day of" and "prior to" an appointment will be assessed a $25 rescheduling fee.
- We prefer scheduled appointments in order to ensure we can accommodate staffing and supplies needed for sessions.
- If available, we may be able to accommodate walk in appointments, but no guarantees.
- Session appointments must be paid in full prior to the appointment.
- A signed session information form & waiver will be required to be completed prior to the appointment.
Shipping & Handling
We are currently offering a low flat rate shipping rate for purchases under $100*, and free shipping to orders over $100*. We reserve the right to select the method of shipment in order to lower our costs. Shipping times will vary depending on the destination address and the carrier. We reserve the right to change our shipping policy without notice. Thank you for understanding.
